At The Fitness Connection, we offer a variety of classes that cover the fundamentals of Pilates. We have 60-minute reformer classes for an all around stretch and workout, as well as 30-minute Jumpboard classes designed to get your heartrate up for cardio health. 

GROUP REFORMER CLASS

This 60-minute class offers students the ability to rotate between a Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Springwall. The classes have a maximum of 4 students, so you will get personalized attention while having fun with others. 

Jumpboard Class

Our jumpboard classes are 30-minutes and designed to get your heartrate pumping in this fast-paced, high-energy class. With intimate class sizes of no more than 3 students, you don’t want to miss this one each week!
